  1. Does anyone NOT know you're a homosexual? You seem to take every opportunity to flounce about flaunting it in everyone's face. Hey, everyone! Liam is a homosexual! Everybody please clap! On top of that, you always manage to paint yourself as the victim of some imaginary oppression, even if it's only rhetorical. No one cares where you wet your whistle or in what hole...certainly not I. But since you're bringing up taking things personally, it's when homosexuals hang out a flag announcing that they like to prong the same sex, and that I, and more importantly my kids, have to be taught that it's a good and wholesome "lifestyle choice," that I object. In fact, I take it quite personally myself. So next time you feel the urge to announce, once again, that you're a single and offended homosexual father, remember that you're offending others when you do. Oh, by the way, I'm a single father who likes to boink women. Did you need to know that? Can I get a medal too?
  2. Hmmmm, I wonder if the Muhajedeen in the northern alliance are aware that there are the lackeys of bin Laden?
  3. If there is a subject I know inside and out, with all sorts of academic letters attached to the knowledge, it's WW II and its associated philosophies, particularly Nazism, and that is very much one of the reasons I am terrified of what may come here. Just as an aside, I'm fortunate enough to be editing some translations from Yiddish at the moment...holocaust survivor historical testimonials...and at the risk of copyright infringement, although I believe this material is at the moment not covered by copyright, I'd like to post a bit here, just so that all those to whom the holocaust is a far away thing in a far away time can get a bit closer to it for a moment. For those who aren't familiar with Yiddish, "shetl" means 'town' or 'city': ...My dear father Moshe Yosef, a thin and sickly Jew, a God fearing Jew: He was loyal and devoted to us, but he only knew a few years of happiness and pride. He had the luck to die in 1940 before the horrible massacre. I believe that afterwards many were envious of him. Pinyeh my dear brother, also knew only a few years of happiness. His aspiration to travel to Eretz Israel was very intense. He stayed alone with my mother until the last days, and they were murdered together. And now, last but not least, I especially want to honor the memory of my dear devoted mother, Chaya Yehudis, daughter of Avraham Abah, of blessed memory, since I don’t have the opportunity to go to the mass grave in Kamin (although there is almost certainly no remaining trace). May my short memoir serve as a tombstone. [] With the outbreak of the terrible war, the shtetl was threatened by the danger of becoming occupied by the German murderers. The Red Army arrived. A great many Jewish refugees arrived from Poland. Everything changed, food, articles and merchandise vanished. Shops were closed down. In the beginning, chaos ruled. They didn’t pray in the Beis Medrash; they arranged a minayn (quorum) at Faivishe’s home. The Lisheh Jews became united, no longer on different sides, we held ourselves together. I was then drafted into the Red Army. I was envious of my friends who stayed in Lisheh. Bidding farewell to my home, to my mother, was very hard. Her bitter tears when bidding me farewell were a kind of farewell forever. In 1944 after the liberation, I wrote to my mother and I received an answer from Chanah Asher’s, the only girl who survived. Of course, her answer was a very bitter one. I also received an answer from the N.K.V.D., on the reverse side of the postcard that I sent, with these words: “Tovarishtsh Swartz, vasheh vsiyeh rodstvieniki fogibli ot ruk niemietzkich zachvatshikov v-1942 godu.” All of your relatives were murdered by the fascist kidnappers in the year 1942. And that is how I learned about the sad news. Lisheh and its surrounding suburbs is no more. It has vanished. Deaf and mute are the walls of the ruins that absorbed the prayers; the sounds of ecstasy and grief. Everything is destroyed, the houses, the Beis Medrash. There is no trace of the holy cemetery. Everything which was beloved and dear was mercilessly cut away by the murderous hands. They deported my mother to Kamin and, together with all the Kamin Jews, she was brutally murdered on 27 Av 5702. The delicate figure of my mother Chayah Yehudis, uncle, aunts, relatives, and all the Jews of Lisheh and Kamin and its surroundings will always stand before us and we will never forget and never allow anyone to forget. May their souls be bound up in the purity and holiness of all the Jewish communities that were destroyed. And may God revenge their blood. It's gone, but you can feel the visceral agony in the quaint old world translation...something I tried to keep as much of as possible in the edit. And the rage. In another thread I brought up one vision of what might happen when, and I use "when" instead of "if" advisedly, the economy tanks or a massive attack hits North America and fundamentally disrupts our lives, or even a slow dynamic begins to take place. It can't happen here? Of course it can...we've just forgotten. The other side of the coin is exactly what you point out above, although I think you're being grossly unfair in deigning to be able to 'know' what motivates Leafless. We are building a Balkans, and one way or another the future will, I believe, be very dark.
  4. That is the kind of shit that belongs on Stormfront. Perhaps you'd like to flesh out what appears to be a knee jerk reaction? Have you actually read through the thread or is your learned distaste simply rearing its head? I really don't think you've bothered to read the thread.
  5. Advice you may wish to try. Do you ever contribute more than one line snipes from the sidelines?
  6. This is, I think, the central tenet of most religions that don't involve stoning women and beheading men. I think your categorization of religion as a "package" is simply a strawman. I never cease to wonder at the reductionist simplicity some people manage to make complexities into. Here, of course, is the obligatory soap box denunciation of something you wouldn't understand even if you did snuff out the spliff and sobered up. I don't follow any religion either, but I certainly don't pretent that religion can be tidilly encapsulated in a silly Gore Vidalian tirade. Religion, excluding Islam, has brought much good to the world, and continues to do so. It may not be your cup of tea, but smoking dope every day to escape reality isn't everyone else's cup of tea either, so try not to throw stones.
  7. That's because there are more white Canadians. The real figure would be a reflection of per capita, and I daresay you'd find quite a different story if you used those figures.
  8. You were doing fine until you got to the end with that idiotic comment about Stormfront. If I wanted to argue pointlessly with a group of low brows with a surfiet of self-love, I would have posted it on Stormfront. You, like quite a few others here, can't quite make the rather obvious distinction between the idea that caucasians should be proud of being caucasians and maintain a racial identity, and the idea that caucasians are somehow special. In fact there seems to be no room in the minds of many for the grey area between self-hate and self-exaltation. It's a shame. The rest of the post is an adequate restatement of the points I've made throughout this thread, although I find the claim that Canmada has never been racially homogenous specious at best and entirely lame at worst. Perhaps "hegemonically homogenous" would cover that little nitpick? If all people are equal, as you so sanctimoniously suggest, then why do you object to one equal part maintaining its racial identity? Your use of the term "equal" is sloppy at best, since "equal" is not synonymous with "identical."
  9. What supercillious twaddle. Britain bends over backwards to accomodate Muslims. Obviously you make no distinctions between the countries of Europe, which has, I suspect, a lot to do with the fact that you don't know there are any.
  10. Talk about black and white thinking.
  11. I think you misunderstand what you are quoting. Consumerism is hardly a function of government. I agree that the alleged "security" that government has added to its portfolio is a mirage, and a detriment to its citizens in so very many ways. But consumerism is not among those. The article you directed us to is naive twaddle. So he rides a bike and claims he's broken the "addiction" to gasoline. He rides in all weather and then comes home to a nice cup of "coco" in his recliner. Very hip, man. How does he think his recliner got there? Did someone deliver it on a bike? What about his "coco"? Did it transport itself from South America on a bike? What about when he falls off his bike and breaks his neck? Is he thrilled at the prospect of being transported to the hospital on the back of another bike? Once he gets there, does he mind waiting while the painkillers arrive by bike form wherever they are made, because without "gasoline," they can't be stored at the hospital. Is this starting to sink in a bit? I ride a bike too. I love it and I try to use it as much as possible everyday. I don't think the fact that we need gasoline means that we will always need gasoline, nor that we should be content using it forever. But it is silly hippie chik to think that bikes are somehow the answer to consumerism.
  12. There are a great number of people on the left who don't want anything done about the terrorist threat, because the sooner the US is brought down, the happier they'll be. We see it here on this very forum. Check out Drea on the thread about the "death throws" [sic] of the American "empire". Naked gloating. Many of them even deny that it exists, like the 911 truthers and a whole slab of leftists of various stripes. All of them say "that the handling of the terrorist threat has only exacerbated the problem" for one reason or another, so people can be forgiven for thinking when someone stands up and claims they don't like the way the problem is being handled, and yet has no solution themselves, that they are indeed being anti-American.
  13. I don't think race and culture are the same thing. I just don't buy your claim that your desire to preserve the the caucasian race is not based out of your ethnocentrism. You're playing with terms that I don't think you understand. Of course my desire to preserve the the caucasian race is based on my ethnocentrism. Duh. When did this particular penny drop? When did I ever claim it wasn't based on my ethnocentrism? Sorry if Im a little confused but: So your desire to preserve the caucasian race is based out of your view that your culture is superior, yet this has nothing to do with culture? What am I missing here? When did I say my desire to protect the caucasian race is based on my belief in the superiority of western culture? Listen closely; this isn't that complicated: 1 I think western culture is superior to all other cultures. 2 I do not think caucasians are superior to all or any other races. 3 The two statements above are not at odds. 4 This thread is about race, not culture. 5 I think the Caucasian race is worth protecting. The only reason culture intruded into this thread is because some people can't seem to distinguish between race and culture, and accused me or holding views of racial superiority on the basis of my views of cultural superiority. I sorry if it's confusing for you, because it's just not that complicated.
  14. Well thank you Jeffriah for that P.R announcement on his behalf, but it was unnecessary. Let me explain. Unfortunately comparing humanity to flowers is a bit.....ineffective, for obvious reasons. What I wanted to know is THE REASON for his preference of the "Caucasian race", seeing as it is separate from culture. This question has been established. Furthermore, if from a mathematical standpoint, the preservation of the "Caucasian Race" will only serve to weaken the "Caucasian Culture", by making it more exclusive, and thus less relevant in the bigger scheme of things. This is broadly dishonest. Jefferiah used the term "protection," which you changed to "preference." Nowhere in this thread or any other will you find me claiming that caucasians are superior to other races. Your line of reasoning that preserving the caucasian race will somehow weaken its culture is, I admit, far beyond me. I think it transcends logic too.
  15. We need everyone to stand up and say that. The left has created a climate of McCarthyite fear so enervating that no-one will say anything lest they be called a racist. The only difference between being called a 'racist' and being called an 'anti-American' is 5 decades. Except now if you don't 'stand up and say that' you will be called anti-American. When you say really really stupid things like this, do you expect a response? Just wondering.
  16. Again depending on what your definition of 'racist' is, you may well be right. So what? I'm far more offended by this trivialization than I am of being called racist, even if you did mean it disparagingly.
  17. I'm going to address this post issue by issue, since I believe it is an intelligently constructed post, and sincerely meant. It's the type of post that is a real benefit for me because I'm trying to piece together a formulation for exactly what I do believe, and it's good to have intelligent pressure put on it. It keeps me honest. I suppose there are two issues here; first the clarion call of "racist." It means many things, from the bumper sticker sloganeering of xman and others, to what I hope is the more meaningful "cognisance or awareness of race" that you're refering to. The other is the element of "ought" that is used here. "We should," you say, "judge people on criteria other than the colour of their skin, or the shape of their nose or eyes." I've got no problem with that sentiment. But it is a sentiment. The fact is we do judge people on the colour of their skin, or the shape of their nose or eyes. As Argus pointed out, I find white women more attractive, not because I'm suggesting they are objectively more attractive, but because I find them more attractive. That may be a learned response, but I somehow doubt it. I suspect it's an inate response. Obviously there is some genetic crossover between races, but not really that much, anywhere, including the west, which makes your accusation of racism rather broad in scope...broad enough to encompass the huge predominance of people who do reproduce within their own race. But more important than all that is the fact that others make the same distinctions, and for caucasians to adopt the 'ought' as a standard of praxis, to reify it, is to practise in a sense unilateral extinguishment. And that appears to be what we are doing in the west. Blacks in the Congo are not going to be bred out of existence anytime soon, but caucasians in the west almost certainly will if the trend toward negative caucasian BR and non-caucasian immigration continues. In a very real sense, caucasians do have a right, indeed an imperitive, to be racist, if by being non-racist you mean they ought not fight the fact of extinguishment. You said we ought not use the criteria that others use, "because such criteria are generally not helpful in making good decisions." Perhaps generally speaking that's true. But in this specific context, and assuming that the preservation of race is important to someone, it is not only helpful, but extremely important. Taking the long view is all very well, but it is of little help to the more immediate future. To suggest, taking the long view, that we might as well all lie down and die because eventually the sun will wink out and we'll all die off anyway is not a particularly helpful way to look at things in the here and now. 20,000 years down the road will take care of itself...we'll be not even a memory of dust, except for the lucky few who get preserved in a bog, but I'm more concerned with the next 100, 200, or 1000 years. I don't think we ought to airily dismiss the next few centuries as irrelevant. I don't anyway. I have kids. And I applaud the remarkable discoveries of the 22nd or 23rd centuries. But I suspect we'll still be procreating the old fashioned way for some time to come, even if we don't have to. But I think you are reading into enlightenment thought something not quite there. Race was largely irrelevant to the enlightenment thinkers; and this is driven home by the later offshoots of the enlightenment, including Marx, to whom race became relevant only as a vehicle of disparagement. What did race matter to a group of people who, unless they ventured overseas to the then embryonic colonies, could live out their entire lives with a reasonable expectation that they would never see anyone of a different hue, and if they did, then only as a sort of oddity. You are practising rather silly sophistry here. Do you ereally want me to address this?
  18. And I would invite you go go back to highschool long enough to distinguish between culture and race. Why must you persist in pretending they are the same thing? I don't think race and culture are the same thing. I just don't buy your claim that your desire to preserve the the caucasian race is not based out of your ethnocentrism. You're playing with terms that I don't think you understand. Of course my desire to preserve the the caucasian race is based on my ethnocentrism. Duh. When did this particular penny drop? When did I ever claim it wasn't based on my ethnocentrism?
  19. He's just jamming. I think he's a kid playing games.
  20. Unfortunately not. The Great White Majorityis thoroughly cowed by political correctness. Even the reasonably clear thinking people on this board go into incredible contortions to prove they are not stained with the sin of dreaded "racism," while the yappy left sits on the sidelines throwing odure at anyone with the temerity to say they don't hate themselves, their race, or their culture.
  21. And I would invite you go go back to highschool long enough to distinguish between culture and race. Why must you persist in pretending they are the same thing?
  22. Here is the mushy thinking of the left on display. As one of those making derogatory comments about thirdworld hellholes and slimepits, and 6th century madmen leading 21st century fools to an early grave, and any number of regressive African skewerings of each other with Assegai and whatever weapon lies at hand, I'd like to point out that culture and race are two different things. KListen closely now: I think European culture is eons ahead of any other culture. I am ethnocentric, and proudly so, if what you mean by that is that I think my culture is superior to other cultures. This thread has nothing to do with culture. I don't think white people are intrinsically better than any other people.
  23. No, I'm not going to explain it to you. This thread is not about the rise of Europe, it's about something else entirely. You have made known your opinion, such as it is, numerous times in one line spam posts, and you've demonstrated that you just ain't got enough upstairs to even understand this conversation, much less engage in it. Go away.
  24. Do you mean Europeans? What about contributions made by Jewish/Chinese thinkers? Prosperity is a likely reason for advancement. When one is hungry, it is difficult to think of much else. This discussion is over your head. I'm not talking about the 13th century, nor am I excluding Jews from caucasians. And did you imagine that prosperity just fell from the sky? How come it didn't dump on the Zulu or the M'tbele? After all, Africa has far more riches than Europe ever did. Why don't you trot along and plagiarize Marx or something?
