  1. It does. While various agreements and accommodations (border crossings etc) exist to some degree, there certainly is no official Israeli policy to conduct a holy war against the Arab entity occupying the land of Israel.
  2. You can find it here in a complete translation of the document. No. Radical Islam is not all bad nor even mostly bad. Qutbism is bad but a Zionist entity is the nation of Israel. In the quote below they specify whom they consider worthy of being an enemy. Yes. Individual soldiers have violated those standards. However, Palestine has no pretext of even having a standard and as stated by their military leader, it is official policy to use their own people as human shields. It's pretty much a request that you bone up on the official policies of Hamas before enlarging the scope of the discussion. You were unaware that Hamas officially desires the destruction of Israel and uses their own people officially as human shields unlike Israel who, while individual soldiers may make transgressions, the country as a whole has no such official policy of using Palestinians as shields or the destruction of Palestine. Once you understand that then we can move on and speak of the degrees of who adheres to what.
  3. They seemed to have missed that for some reason. You can however find those passages in a gazillion other sites. I believe that by Zionists they mean Israelis. Unless of course, they mean to eradicate Zionists from Iceland. So it is illegal for Israel to do so by their own system. What a difference. In Palestine, it is an SOP to use their own people in such a way while in Israel it is illegal. You have shown yourself that Israel holds a moral high ground in that they prosecute those who conduct themselves improperly while Hamas continues to brag about it at the leadership level. Why? You and some others here don't seem to have a grasp on reality hence we have to teach you to walk prior to engaging in more three dimensional topics.
  4. Until they are brought to trial and, if the prosecution fails they are innocent. No, just reason. You are the one who calls people names because you are emotional about it. That is what BDS is, an emotional rather than rational outlet for immature people. People are innocent until proven guilty in the west. You on the other hand by your verbal insults towards Bush and his administration have already tried and convicted them when in reality, they will most likely never see the inside of a courtroom. That is BDS.
  5. Doesn't presume. He was given advice saying it was legal otherwise he would not have done what all of his predecessors did and, it is up to the prosecution to prove otherwise. BTW, you seem to have a moderate case of BDS going on there.
  6. For sure. However, it goes both ways in that when given an order to move or disperse from an officer, a person must move. They can always take their case later to a judge but in the moment, they better move, disperse, shut up or whatever. Given that many of these demonstrations are not as peaceful as they should be due to the purposeful attention grabbing acts of many protesters, having thugs such as these being employed and on edge is understandable. Hence it should go both ways in that protesters should be given more severe treatment when in violation of the law in a situation which has the potential to accelerate violence.
  7. Why does it not surprise me that you have no knowledge of this subject? Hamas Charter West Bank anger over Gaza raids Palestinians Admit Using Human Shields
  8. Why not those actually criminally responsible? Do you have BDS?
  9. Who had the benefit of legal counsel advising them it was perfectly fine as well as historical virtue going back over a hundred years. The soldiers and agents on the other hand only had access to the Geneva Convention so they should not have followed those orders. They are criminals. So, when you say it should start at the top, I naturally took that to mean the lawyers and then the agents and soldiers. Seems the only one's innocent here are those who gave the orders as they had faulty advice similar to the lousy intelligence the presence of WMDs were gauged on.
  10. When you said that prosecution would start at the top I naturally surmised that you meant that it would then should move downwards onto those who knew torture was wrong and against the Geneva Convention but still, like Nazi War Criminals 'were simply following orders.' So since Bush and his fellows did not partake in the torture and simply, approved same on the advice of the lawyers, who is going to be prosecuted?
  11. So you believe that only in this case should police be held accountable? I was speaking of all cases. From what I saw the police officer did by using excessive force.
  12. Anybody with an official policy of eradicating an entire people and using their own people as human shields should be investigated much closer than Israel wouldn't you agree?
  13. You have not stated the accountability which you wish for Hamas actions. Please do so prior to being considered an even remotely anti Israeli critic much less somebody impartial on this issue.
  14. Yes! And every protester that disobeys the law in any way should be arrested and, if they argue, should be subject to immediate arrest. If they continue to pose aversion to this then they, and all those that interfere, should be placed into submission with whatever force necessary to do so.
  15. I hope so and then, we can nail every past president to the wall. Then move onto hundreds of thousands of ex soldiers, CIA agents dating back to whenever. CIA, KUBARK Counterintelligence Interrogation, July 1963 Part 1 (pp. 1-60) - Part II (pp. 61-112) - Part III (pp. 113-128) At last we can nail that bastard Carter! Oh, and Clinton for the renditioning of prisoners. Obama is not going to do shit as the prisons would be overflowing with ex government agents and soldiers who did their duty as per their government's instructions of the time. He just wants to break the cycle is all. And that is good. However, if another 911 occurs that may, even by a small margin of possibility, could have been prevented by techniques such as those he is standing down, then be prepared for a right wing backlash that may even put him out of power. If he is successful and thwarts attacks then he will have changed the nation and, possibly brought in a new era of peace and cooperation.
  16. Doubt it. Thermite welding is used in building construction. To not have any thermite residue would be grounds for the biggest building code litigation in history.
  17. Of course, with the economy collapsing, you are all for Since by calling this a Republican event rather than what it was, a bunch of people sick and tired of their money being spent on shit with no rhyme or reason, you are obviously in agreement with the pork listed above. Perhaps you can explain how any of it is justified at a time like this.
  18. And I recap, that's not the news. It's a show on the news chaqnnel that fills the space between the hourly and half hourly news. Golly, catch some of the stuff Mathews says about how he gets weak kneed when he hears Obama speak. That's just filler, not the news as nobody cares how he feels, and so, wait for the news to come on at the top of the hour. Now, go find some evidence that the news on Fox is slanted and put the same stories lined up beise the other networks so we can see you are right.
  19. So when the Santa Claus Parade comes aroung, you would be holding the entire news network you are watching it on accountable on the word of the narrarator? One false move, call an ugly girl beautiful and they are in the trash with you. You're harsh.
  20. Some yes and some no. Just like every other news channel. Get their stuff from AP and Rueters then fill it up with ranting left wing programing from Chris Matthews, Rosie O’Donnell, Larry king and scads more. Please tell me that you don't use Rosie O'donnell or Larry King to get your factual news from.
  21. Cavuto is an editor for the business analyisis show on Fox who was covering an event, not giving the news at the top and bottom of the hour. Nor was he editing the news found on the Fox News site. He is not the news and, sloppy off the cuff live coverage of an event is also not the News. It is similar to the coverage of an Obama rally or, a Santa Claus Parade. Now, go to the Fox News site, look up the news stories, not the shows that fill the spaces between the news and find something that has a definite right wing edge to it. Then compare it to what is on CNN and ABC.
  22. And when not provoking Israel to conduct operations to stop rocket attacks, Hamas and Fatah lob rpg rounds at each other amidst their precious civilians.
  23. Wow. Have you proof that Fox has organized, paid for the porta potties, refreshments, advertising, set up their PA systems and all? Please provide proof of this. I thought it was the same tea party grup that did the anti iBush ones last year but you seem to have the inside track so pony up with some proof please.
  24. And in my examples as well, one of them being an undisputed Left Wing Sock Puppet. I could find a hundred others to add as well. Nothing is amiss save your imagination, all news agencies do the same and ask the same questions asa well as speculate and pontificate to sell air time.
  25. Even the Huffington Post seems to be a Fox Agent The AP seems on his case as well. So, what the hell is so nefarious about wondering what he is doing and when is he gong to act if at all?
