The CHRC is the only one that really investigated hate speech. This effectively means you can say whatever you want without fear of fines and prison unless its threatening.

Americans were brainwashed by the media into thinking 9/11 happened cause the hijackers were jealous of the Americans way of life. In reality it was motivated by revenge and hatred for years of American intervention in their countries which Americans knew nothing of because history class didn't cover the truth.

There are many old liberals laws that are getting repealed in the budget. There's the hate speech repeal as well.
