I think so.. some were within a few hundred votes I know someone who was too frustrated to vote cause a "liberal" kept harrassing him at night 3 or 4 times a week to vote but it ended up being done by the conservatives and these are cities.. im not gonna take a bus for 2 or 3 hours just to vote not when a polling station was close to my apartment but was told its closed and old /sick ppl arent gonna go acrross the city to vote
