They got caught cheating 3 times in the 2016 election, and we all know that if they got caught 3 times, they probably cheated many more times than that because only a small percentage of crimes are actually solved. That includes instances where it's blatantly obvious that a crime occurred, eg places with broken windows or missing things. With something like election cheating it's not always obvious where you need to look to find the evidence.
