A home invasion is a violent offense. The THREAT of violence IS the offense. In the law it's called BREAKING AND ENTERING. And a victim of a home invasion is not going to just sit there and assume it's an underprivileged kid who needs money to pay his way through college. If this animal had obeyed the law, GOT A FCKING JOB and bought his own stuff, he would be alive. For the TERROR he brought to his innocent victims, he deserved what he got. The homeowner deserves a medal for taking out the trash. That homeowner has obviously saved countless lives.

Biden armed the Taliban. And there is MORE war in the world, under his unelected incompetent watch. Trump praised everybody. It was his style of negotiation. It was backed up by strength. That's why you didn't see Russian aggression under Trump. Reagan was the same way. Very affable, but with strength to back it up. Biden doesn't even know where he is. Russia could launch a major nuke strike, and Biden would probably have forgotten that he was holding the launch codes. -

Nope. A few million tax dollars were wasted in that Robert Mueller witch hunt and NOTHING was found linking LEGALLY ELECTED PRESIDENT TRUMP to Putin. The only link to Putin is through the Democrats. Trump has made it clear that America is competing with the rest of the world and that he wouldn't put up with any shit from them. That's why for the first time in history there was PEACE in the Middle East and more American soldiers were brought home. The Putin crap began with the stolen election. -

The Republicans have NEVER been the Putin Puppet party. That distinction goes to Hillary and the Binens. The major wars (Civil War, WWI, WWII, Korea, VIetnam) were ALL started by Democrats and expanded by Democrats. -

The Electoral College got those numbers from fraudulent votes being cast. Every Florida fourth grader understands the Electoral College. And it was YOUR side of the aisle who claimed George W. Bush did not defeat Algore, so you have ZERO room to talk. The counting was STOPPED on election night, when Trump was a landslide ahead. That's when the voter fraud took place. -
This is just too funny. https://www.foxnews.com/us/tennessee-car-burglar-begs-neighbors-help-injured-homeowner-returns-fire-group-suspects-cops Tennessee car burglar begs neighbors for help after injured homeowner returns fire on group of suspects: cops A suspected car burglar in Tennessee found himself begging for help from area residents after his intended victim returned gunfire, according to the local sheriff's office. The unidentified homeowner living in the Websters Grove subdivision in Shelby County said he received a call from a neighbor on Thursday evening that there were several people standing outside his residence, Shelby County deputies told CBS Memphis affiliate WREG. The homeowner told authorities that when he went outside, he saw two men in his driveway and another two men sitting in a white car on the street. The two in the driveway made a run for it when they spotted the homeowner, with one suspect firing a gun at the homeowner. The homeowner was struck in the ankle but managed to return fire on the suspects, WREG reported. This animal was caught and arrested. He's lucky he wasn't shot to death. Maybe he'll grow a brain when the justice system turns him loose. Or maybe he'll try to rob again, either killing someone or getting his own dumb ass killed.

I think many young people would do well to start a trade. But that's not for everyone. Agreed. Some could go to college and earn a medical or an engineering degree. Some could certify to teach public schools. There are plenty of choices. Sure. This doesn't address that creating Suburb with only Single-Family homes in mind has many harmful effects on the price of Real Estate as the population grows. To put your mind at ease, there is no such community with zoning only for Single-Family homes. That just does not exist. I actually know people in Florida that saw their rent prices increase to the point of being unaffordable, forcing them out of their house an into an RV. A person that has worked hard their entire life. The free market is a profit AND AT TIMES LOSS arrangement. You can't always get what you want. And NOTHING government does will make things any easier. Everybody works hard. Doctors work hard. Engineers work hard. Burger flippers work hard. The concept of "working hard" is not an automatic entitlement that everything be convenient in life. You'd oppose affordable housing for those people calling them animals because they suddenly can't afford to buy a house in the city they grew up in. Wrong. I oppose FREE HOUSING to welfare cheats, lazy junkies, pimps, drug dealers, muggers and other vermin that wants to crash the suburbs. ALL housing is affordable to the individual who works the hardest and smartest. And ANYONE can work a little harder and smarter and improve his/her situation. That is the positive of capitalism. It rewards initiative and a strong work ethic. -

So all these Boomers who had good jobs that required no higher education can buy homes inline with their wages but young people today can pound salt and commute 2 hours a day if they want to live in a single-family home. What about the Boomers whose good jobs required college? Are you saying that doesn't exist? In Florida, it doesn't take a four year degree to be certified to work in air conditioning repair, and those folks start out at six figures a year. Boomers ALSO had to commute, sometimes two hours a day to EARN what they have. This week, my job will put 500 miles on my car and I'm definitely Boomer age. I'm not complaining. I'm just doing what most intelligent people are doing. I'm EARNING my way. The price of higher education has also skyrocketed in recent years. And you can THANK student loans subsidized by the federal government for that happening. Government has aided and abetted colleges price gouging for the past forty years. And boneheads run up six figures for a Lesbian Dance Theory degree and wonder why they can barely get hired to flip burgers. -

Populations grow and you have these laws that don't allow for housing to keep up with growth by forcing municipalities to only zone for Single Family Homes. So those homes go up in value. There is no point in laws having to do the job of the earners. Oh, and "forcing municipalities to only zone for single family homes?" You clearly have no idea what you're talking about. In pretty much EVER zoned town, there is zoning for commercial, for utilities, for single family homes, duplexes, even high rise condos. But that is the SOLE business of the people who live there and elect their local officials. It is NOT the business of a goose stepping unelected Pedophile of a president who wants to throw his illegitimate weight around. You also have investment from people who have no plan to live in the home that's increased value: Short-term rentals or foreign investment. Canada has looked to tackle the latter recently. Hence my continued inner peace, based on my not giving a rat's ass what Canada does. Also, shows my brilliance in not moving there. It's called a FREE MARKET. If investors want to buy residential property for purposes of renting them out, (at least in the state of Florida) there are non-freehold regulations in our state statutes. Investors are NOT violating any laws by investing in rental property. In my particular area, rental property is going through the roof, so it's a very good investment. You want to paint all people looking for Affordable housing as a Drug Dealers and Rabble. It's simply not the case. This attack on American suburbs has NOTHING to do with young people looking for affordable housing. Young people have sought affordable housing for as long as there have been houses. This is about an unelected NAZI president wanting to trash local zoning laws in suburbs, so the drug dealers, welfare cheats, muggers, etc can get FREE HOUSING, right down the street from their future victims. See what's happening in San Fran? That's what happens when young intelligent people can't afford to live where they work. Would you prefer a homeless problem in Suburbs? San Fran's problems do NOT stem from young intelligent people wanting anything. The boneheads who live there VOTED for this squalor. Same as the rest of that third world shithole California. It features both the SUPER RICH and the SUPER POOR, while everyone who wants a job is moving out of that state. Again, intelligent young people do not have a problem finding affordable housing. They generally work harder and smarter and AFFORD the housing, sooner or later. And your Nazi president wants to punish those who have EARNED that housing. -

Well, there's a solution for that. Live within your means. If you want more, work harder and smarter. Get a better job. Save. If necessary, attend a community college to get a more marketable skill. I used to teach English at two community colleges in Central Florida and most of my students were adults who were working their way through school for better careers. Wages aren't an entitlement. They are the sum total of what you are worth. In fact, they are the MARKET STATEMENT of the value of your efforts. -

Joe does have a lot to say with how Federal Funds are spent. If towns don't want to play ball they can forfeit the funding. Funding is one thing. You need to read the article. Unelected Joe wants to trash local zoning laws. And he was the first one to have a menstral period when Florida Governor DeSantis essentially did the same thing by shipping those illegal alien animals to Martha's Vineyard. And DeSantis didn't try to rewrite the Vineyard's zoning laws. All he tried to do was turn that playground for the uber rich liberal into a sanctuary city. $300,000 for a single family home? Must be a crappy town, or very rural. It's not in Broward County, so it isn't a crappy town. It is a small town. Also, she and her husband acquired the house several years ago. It's probably worth half a mil by now. But when she got it, the price tag was 300K. See young professional may be able to afford homes in small towns. But the types of jobs they needs to afford such homes are in the cities you decry. See, this is a major intellectual flaw with you (a) liberals or (b) VERY young people. You imagine that time and history began the moment you decided to pay attention. Real estate has ALWAYS been an exploding market. The conditions we see today existed in the 60s, 70s, 80s, 90s and this century. There's nothing new about young professionals needing to move away from the shit and raise a family. Of course, in the past, the suburbs didn't have an unelected RACIST NAZI for a president, who wanted to trash their zoning laws just to appease THE SQUAD. Great jobs, great opportunities can occur ANYWHERE. Entrepreneurs do not need large cities to hatch brilliant idea. Educated professionals do not need a large city to make a good living. So they're forced into long commutes that destroy their quality of life. You're acting surprised about that. Long commutes have been a way of life ever since the first suburb. I make long commutes every day in one of my jobs. (I work two careers, one being in Florida public education.) It means you spend quality time in a car to get to work. It is a way of life. There is no such thing as an ENTITLEMENT to the job you want within walking distance. -

Unelected Joe's horrific idea has nothing to do with urban development. He's INVADING the neighborhoods of people who EARNED those homes. He wants to overturn the ZONING so decent home owners have to share crowded streets with all those vermin living rent free in high rise neo-ghettos. Think those animals are going to change their behavior, their choices, just because a Nazi government gives them a home they DIDN'T EARN? My daughters both have homes they are paying on. Maybe that's because both my daughters are MARRIED and have JOBS. There is no generational hate here. My daughters admire the work ethic I gave them. No baby boomer refused to build anything for them. One bought an existing $300,000 four bedroom home. The other had a house built on a lot. And people who have EARNED the peace and tranquility of the suburbs (including the COST of transporting them to the city where they work) deserve better than to have all the ghetto crap forced on them by an unelected racist pedophile president. -

At some point, that generational wealth was EARNED. What did those animals in the ghettos do to EARN their intrusion into decent neighborhoods? Since when is EARNING somehow a privilege? Since when is a WORK ETHIC a privilege? Since when is bad choices an ENTITLEMENT on the EARNINGS of those who worked for it? -

The problem is that with current Real Estate, scrimping and saving isn't enough. Buying a Single-Family home is simply unaffordable for most families. The dream of home ownership is out of many people's reach because Real Estate has risen way higher than wages. If most families couldn't afford a home, how did the prices get so high? ECONOMICS 101: It's called the LAW OF SUPPLY AND DEMAND. And if real estate has risen higher than wages, how come some many people own a home? Albeit, McDonalds wages (paid to cretins who drop out of school and make babies out of wedlock) won't even make a down payment on a third world mobile home. That was a CHOICE of the drop outs. You frame this as the rabble coming in from the city to ruin Suburbs. But that's not the case. It's young people just wanted to find a place to live. Young drug dealers, gang members, single parent households, ALL the elements that made the urban region such a jungle. But you want to paint ALL young people with that single brush. My young MARRIED daughter with a daughter of her own, worked very hard and got herself to a management position with a company she scaled the ladder in. She and her husband and my grand daughter are now living in a $300,000 house in the suburbs. YOUNG PEOPLE with jobs, (who are intelligent and upwardly mobile) can accomplish quite a bit. As someone who does have a home in a Suburb, you see this weird scenario where young people move in and their modest home is a huge investment, and you see old boomers living in their rundown homes they've owned since the 80's, but because of the nature of Real Estate, they're sitting on a Gold mine. The whole concept of real estate is the fact that they're not making any more land. So it is valuable. Unlike other items, real estate will continue to increase in value. That's the way it works. If those animals in the ghettos hadn't trashed their environments, they would have no reason to get an unelected President to force suburbs to put them up for free, while they trash those suburbs. It's all about CHOICES. And Unelected Joe has a record for punishing those who made responsible choices. -

People didn't move to the suburbs for the affordability. They moved to get away from the crime, the gangs, the drugs, the drive by shootings, the muggings. It could be possible that someone bought a house in suburb for $25K, but you'd have to find a time machine and transport yourself back to the year 1957 to meet that person. -

I don't know a single partisan Democrat today who is not a racist and a communist. Certainly ALL the Democrats here are combination Marxist and KKK. One of the TOP communists in the Democrat Party (Hitlary) actually voted FOR the actions in Afghanistan and Iraq. You have to remember the history of the Democrat Party, from the party that fought a CIVIL WAR to preserve slavery, to the party that created JIM CROW laws and the KKK, (which at one time was powerful enough to influence Supreme Court nominations from Democrat presidents.) The Democrats shifted their racism into high gear in the mid-Sixties with the disastrous Great Society programs and the Vietnam War. Lyndon Johnson decided to camouflage his racism by pretending that war was about stopping Communism, when it was more along the lines of getting rid of a surplus number of young blacks. Today, thanks to the Democrats, 70 percent of all black children are living in single family homes. -

A little after Hurricane Charley, several small towns in its wake were severely damaged, to the point where some local entrepreneur/humanitarian donated his land (next to the airport) and FEMA brought in over 100 mobile homes, to help house those whose homes were either destroyed or would take a long time to repair, (and those were mostly in the ghetto areas) Locals called that place FEMA CITY. And wouldn't you know it, the people who moved into those trailers showed their appreciation for those FREE homes by turning that area into a violent, drug running, hell hole. And that was in the state of Florida, which has the best economy, the best schools and the safest streets. Just because you bring animals to the suburbs and give them FREE lodging doesn't mean they are going to change into something other than animals. (On the other hand, maybe Unelected Joe might consider doing this in Martha's Vineyard. Maybe some eminent domain seizures of a lot of that surplus property to build those high rises on. Maybe the Obamas would have to share their TAXPAYER FINANCED property with every scumbag in history.) -

It SHOULD scare decent people, those who waited until they had jobs and got married before filling the house full of kids. It SHOULD scare those decent people OF ALL COLORS, that those safe suburbs they had scrimped and saved and worked their asses off for, would soon be invaded by a horde of inner city welfare cheating criminals. Why are you surprised by this? The DemoNazi party has always been the party of war, lousy economies, society going to shit, slavery, bigotry, racism, and Communism. Today, the Democrats are the party of the super rich, of Russia, of China and of communism. Look at them wrong and they'll throw you into a concentration camp. The Republicans will frustrate the hell out of you because they bicker all the time and can't even agree on lunch (even though we represent the vast majority of LEGAL voters in America.) Being Democrat is now an insult. Voting Democrat is treason.
