When it became acceptable to be left-handed, there was a huge increate of people admitting to being left-handed. Now of course, the amount of left-handed people didn't go up, it's just that these people were now out of the closet. The same thing later happened with gay people. Now it's happening with trans people.

Didn't he already backtrack on this?
