In some cases yes ,we have evolved and moved away from some practices like slavery...But others still remain today, thou shall not kill, etc...

So prior to the bible there were no prohibitions on killing each other? And no other culture prohibited killing? How the hell did all those people make it that long??

You tell us , you seem to have all the answer, provide proof that our morals and values are not based on the bible where did they come from, don't tell me that there is some liberal manifesto going back thousands of years, that lays all of this out...
