But as far as I know, no complete Homo erectus DNA has ever been found. And given what would be at stake, even if scientists were able to isolate a complete DNA sequence from a Homo erectus fossil, they probably wouldn't tell anybody. And those are just differences in the shape of the skulls. There are far more differences besides. I do use them the proper way, to me. Because I prefer that what I write reflect how I speak. When you use a question mark, that means you are asking something in the form of a question. When you do so verbally, the pitch of your voice rises at the end of what you say because you are asking a question. Though what I said was in the form of a question, if I spoke it verbally, that isn't the way it would sound. It would sound like a statement and not a question.
