  1. o yawn, please tell everyone what garbage degree you got from which garbage university that lead to you working at Wendy's your whole life that made you so pathetically bitter.
  2. Bravo, you deftly dissected Tim's post, and yes i suspect there was bias in what he wrote, but it is more about the obvious bias of the person who posted the article and the likelihood of their intended target with that post. He was obviously wrong though, your intellectual honesty is above reproach, kudos.
  3. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/double-vision-flahertys-fiscal-forecasts-win-out-over-watchdogs/article2182950/ Personally i don't trust anyone with a chin as weak as his.
  4. Lol, come and get it.
  5. I don't give a shit what their culture is, in our country you show your face, it is bad enough you can always walk around in public with your face covered, but for the purpose of things like drivers licensees our court appearances, there should be no exceptions, i care less about taking an oath, but i think a point is being made. This is Canada, the culture that built this country and made it a desirable destination for people everywhere has certain standards, some of those make us better places to live than elsewhere, defending some of those basic customs isn't wrong. In some areas where that faith is practiced terrible physical punishments are still ordered against 'criminals', wife killing is condoned, yes we are better than that, our customs have proven to be better than theirs.
  6. We were there, Chretien lied, that is the point. He also lied about getting rid of the gst, his government stole money from EI to balance the budget as well. Of course the liberals let the military rot, but liberals always do, it gives them something to complain about when the conservatives try to repair the damage. Spent 300 million on a g8 summit in Kananaskis, no doubt every penny was needed for a liberal summit, at a resort, in the middle of nowhere Alberta. How about those wonderful submarines we bought that cost the lives of sailors. Funny thing is i can at least respect Chretien for being tough, he took shit from no one, yes he was a liar and leader of a scandal plagued government, but he still ruled his party his way. He was just a politician, and while i didnt vote for him, i didn't hate him, or think he was destroying the country, or some other drivel so common to comments made about harper.
  7. Well I for one am glad that we have entitled young Canadians enjoying the fruits of our nations labors and freedoms, giving them the ability to criticize the establishment. Im even happier knowing that they will be ignored by the majority, perhaps they ought to live in the same fashion as so many of the worlds poor do, this would be a more convincing sign of their dedication to the cause, and they may even learn why humans strive to improve their lives. It's easy to see that a lot of people in this thread have never been poor, or are poor and decided to be above all that hard work business and let everyone else take care of them.
  8. Well, just in terms of the title, guns are not dangerous without someone to shoot them, so yes, it makes more sense to track the peole.
  9. More often then we realize, tell us, when has this happened before in Canada, and how many times total?
  10. I expect politicians to lie, it more concerns me when they are dumb enough to lie about something this stupid, in writing..what other aspects of their job are they incompetent in?
  11. Is there room on your couch? You can make a personal choice to take care of others with your resources, I choose not to, of course I pay a lot of taxes so I am likely doing more than you are anyway.
  12. If it was up to some of you we would have nukes in Cuba to this day. Let them have their nuke, then when they start to play around with the oil supply we will all be forced to buy into the green energy future, yay!
  13. And you're boring.
