I really appreciate seeing this. As a society we are recognizing diversity, which is a good thing. The concept of being completely neutral when we speak of religious issues is unnecessary and I appreciate you saying this. We do not need to be afraid to celebrate and promote our own religious holidays, even if other people who could theoretically be reading this right now don't necessarily celebrate these holidays. For sure! Similarly to his father, Trudeau Jr. is the height of hypocrisy. He makes these blunt attempts to seem politically neutral in a way where he tries to appeals to all Canadians, it isn't working. There is no doubt that the Trudeau family and Gerald Butts have talent when it comes to misleading Canadians and making them believe that he is working hard. I think that Trudeau Jr. will eventually need to realize that Canadians can see what happens within the House of Commons chambers, not just what happens during his public addresses and social media (especially those tweets about diversity).

I believe the Liberals are now able to use this as an opportunity to paint a picture as though the opposition is just using this as an opportunity to "play politics" and be desperate. The Liberals will likely talk about how at first Opposition wanted the shares sold but now they are criticizing Morneau for selling the shares (late 2015). They will try to make it look as though Conservatives contradicted themselves even though that is not what happened. Trudeau Jr. will keep Morneau because it lets them play their "positive politics" game and advertise how they won't let the opposition play games against them.
