would the courts loss of privacy result in scandal? not like the court is legally accountable anyway well at least to the backwardness of poltical purges that only scandal can bring in the past you needed evidence to violate people's rights now you violate people's rights in hopes of getting evidence or at the very leastgetting someone locked up in the foreign country in definitely under torture for having non politically correct view to whatever country they happened to be in

Maybe they will be forced to migrate to the porn industry where they will be filmed too so others can watch their sex acts. Cause it is perfectly legal to pay to get people to have sex if it is for the camera the abuse is removed by putting it on film for generations and generations to watch the whole world with the Internet actors are unionized its industry as soon as its rolling instead of rolling what's safer than film. just think some lucky john/jane could win the lotto as the next big producer in Los Angeles it's a lotto ticket and sex all rolled into one and you get a door prize better yet it can be tax deductible if you wear a logo and distributed as a promo. and the (man)whore come on and dine tax deductably too the government helping average John's like you. *wink* what's that a business write off for both of them that's getting down to business I think I need to make a video explaining this to other people so they can learn from my wisdom. then post it on an online buy now webpage and start a agency signing people up both as producers and actorices an actors

Time to Regulate Private Drone Use in Canada
gman29 replied to Big Guy's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
lawsuit most are electrical directed EMP discharge would probably be sufficient to down not going to the sky running on military grade craft RC controller http://defensetech.org/2013/12/09/hacker-releases-software-to-hijack-commercial-drones/ the real issue is preprogrammed flights or autonomus using ai systems commercial RC can also be overridden by stronger or what about Fighter drones licensing of the unmanned vehicle other than in the air ground is more of a provincial matter anyway although with aircraft that is federal correct one federal licensing will undoubtedly occur just a question of how large it has to be that's probably going to be the decide and factor based on the size of the craft the real issue comes with landing and take off the logical conclusion is the heavy things fly you know at least 20 feet above electrical systems and skyscrapers but a good distance below the flight basement the low altitude could also help with hardening of the drone defenses against hijacking I would think you would be up for municipalities to establish by laws regarding aerial vehicles in specific areas the morning what not what property owners permitting over flight from their specific properties or other what is the real travesty here is that undoubtedly will move to create a government and public use seperation which will once again subject the people to be second class citizens and the government as the violater of Rights because in the future more population as needed to keep government functioning by subscribing to this service you indemnify us from crashing into your house or abducting your dog or children and dissecting them we'll just wrap up all that other weird things we could do in a general na na disclaimer and universal indemnity Clause after all technology that increases people's capacity has to be controlled because people with capacity are a threat all you gotta do to understand what's going to happen is if I was to occupied another country what would I do it may take awhile for people to catch on in government but they will figure it out eventually either by failure or design the key is not to scare people as that creates the potential for resistance to change and control rest assured under the current regime the key is to limit the populace and exert as much influence as possible through technology for the sole and exclusive use of the overlords come on that same day delivery for the price of economy! just click the box is not like a predator payload what's cooler than Swords to Plowshares backwards logic the more that are flying the last chance of getting hit im betting these things will catch on the Middle East spend $5,000 per day and get yourself a free life shield -

never been a crime I don't see why we need to make it one now do you want a regulated industry regulate it. I don't think that regulator should be the criminal justice system is there some other reason you're wasting time and money on this There are too many victimless crimes. We need a free society not totalitarianism I think that for that base it's all about but it becoming unionized or not criminals have a hard time unionizing look at the history of unions they're already crimes for non disclosure and transmission it's becoming less and less a factor of Medical Sciences advance also can we leave the morality police to the Middle East and china. we need moral laws that are fundamental and universal not cultural morals don't tell who to have sex with and why. It is that simple.

well if you do you walkt around making ieds in a cell maybe it wasn't a grenade.. maybe 1 of the Dead people laying on the floor next to him actually is the one killed speers cause omar was making ieds for use against canadians maybe one of the dead smucks planted a booby trap at the door...but I don't know that I do know that if I was in a building where in assault was being launched against me to be trapping the buildings entry point I would have been something to do. the real problem is when will you start trying to say what happens rather than see what is happening and to prevent injustice from happening now in the future fixation on the past with no clear idea ability is completely senseless and not beyond reasonable doubt as a Canadian I would be more concerned about what he will do in Canada than what he did in Afghanistan

do you want to wage war wage war but you shouldnt be waging war against your own citizens if you know they are a terrorist why are they walking around by that I mean if they broke the law then that is a legal matter if you want to extradite somebody provide the information it's that simple if you want to set someone up for trouble in a foreign country that is another matter completely as it stands more or less it is providing information on people to foreign countries that are known for torture and abduction. if that doesn't exist within Canada is criminal law it should because abetting harm of Canadians through information exchange is a crime if no no you know that crimes in Canada will be committed against Canadians if you supply that information. selling out Canadians for foreign countries intrests is problematic there should be no need for information exchange if the law is followed and that means ensuring that people who are legitimate threats to the public are legally engaged as opposed to clandestine operations conducted against themin contravention of domestic law the problem is twofold the breadth of information gathering in the context that anybody who has information held by ns must be scrutinized and criminalized even if they haven't broken the lawand the second problem is an increase in government activities which don't exist in law and are a violation of the law it is more less a secret state that is violating Canadians rights that is more of the type of gestapo and k_g_b activities that were so shunned when there was a free world. this stuff is being used to infringe People I suspect it's playing against people more due to painting and characterizing people and these records arnt even able to be scrutinized by people themselves or challenge if these documents arnt able to be challenged valid or not then its r people should be able to scrutinize information like in the US you can see your FBI file but these are secret documents and information exchanged isn't being made publicly accessible and I think that's where the problem exists because it allows politicalprocess to occur where it should be legal process do you want to send information on me somewhere else please let me challenge that information as accurate or not first. and let me take you to court to sue you if it's not accurate or it defames and it's not related to a crime because that is clearly defamation and criminal and a wholly political process the world of civil process and gentlemen ship is being replaced by a cutthroat world of lies and abuse do I want foreign governments to know when I'm not at home no. dealing with one government is bad enough let alone every government reverie government that the potentially wants to act against me in an illegal fashion contrary to domestic laes of the country that I am in

all the hacking stuff is government committing crimes the whole issue of the non legal breaches of privacy rights is problematic both for the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights in Canada they are constitutional violations and the that just means that the government is corrupt
-
the real problem is incorrect information in all honesty doesn't matter unless the person that is a threat huh you shouldn't be doing anything and if they are a threat and not incarcerated it means they're on the Run everything else is just a form of defamation. I'd say 99.9% is just to hassle people and make their life difficult a crime that's one thing but I have a suspicion of somebody being a dodgy that is another thing completely

F-35 Purchase Cancelled; CF-18 replacement process begins
gman29 replied to Moonbox's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
there's no doubt the US will iron out the problems lest itself be ironed out. the real question is how much is it gonna cost. and it's better for Canada to the US sort that out first befor Canada buys lemons. nonetheless in general Canada would benefit from going with the Rafael program. and buying the f35 in the air. there's no doubt that upgrades that Rafael program and in the 20 25 30 5 should it have sufficient upgrades on its system to make it stealth I sent set the currently is detectable by modern radar systems UHF VHFmm. once it is still the Russian and Chinese detection systems will be a more useful aircraft a specially with Russia likely to sell its older systems in the next five to ten years to pretty much any country Canada would ever be involved with it a top-of-the-line aircraft upgrades on the f18 to extend service life dassault and no large-scale commitment it won't meet the deadlines it won't meet the specsit doesn't rule it out once they are cropped locks the approved for combat and you ask why buy a fighter aircraft the cant fight? .the deadline in price is just a little bit questionable nonetheless all these delays have done one thing in the outside reduce the debt load -
Canada shouldn't be holding political prisoners anyway. The us had to make a new court invent new law and torture to "convict" him. Canafa shouldn't recognize those processes nor legitimize what occured to that Canadian. Should there have been enough evidence of him engaging in war against Canada he should have been tried in canada as a young offender. Not in Cuba by a mock us court as an adult under made up laws in a whole de facto process. His actions weren't criminal they were self defence us law did not extend to a canadian in central asia
