and the Canada Act 1982

but in America, they are consistently being overruled by the judiciary

in America, there are alternate media sources, wiping the legacy media out

in America, there is fierce resistance in the face of this totarianism

but in Canada, nothing

in Canada, the judiciary, the prosecutors, the police, the military

the government  simply invokes Section One of the Charter

to negate every other Section after
