Environmental Defence - one of many environmental groups out there beating the environmental drum, tested the 3 major Ontario party leaders for toxins: John Tory came out as the most polluted with a count of 44 toxins, with McGuinty (Liberal - 42) and Hampton (NDP- 41) not far behind. I say, every Ontarian should get a free test too. Alot of people don't realized how much toxics are in their body's. If left there diseases can kill you, such as cancer. There are foods and vitamins and minerals etc. that one can take to help get rid of these toxics.

That would be pretty expensive, but I would certainly support random voluntary testing of a representative sample. Maybe this has already been done?

There is no evidence of a quick fix food or vitamin that clears you of toxins. Those detox kits are an absolute rip off... if you want the same effect drink 4 or 5 litres of prune juice and take the next 3 days off work. That's all you need.

Just a heads up on that, people that say things like that scare me. They are the ideal targets for medicial rip offs. Like Golgi berry juice. Tastes good, mind you, but doesn't actually do anything it's said to.
