This is what strikes me as draconian.....

"If you are in a residence for under five years they can evict you or choose not to renew your lease and don't have to give a reason," explained Tanya LeClair, a law student working this summer for the legal aid organization.

Basically they are responsible to no one for thier decisions provided they have been residents for less than 5 years. I'm reminded of a comapny I knew off that almost always hired minors and kept them no longer than 3 months........

Seen it , been there got the Tshirt. A close friend of mine asked me to intercede on behalf of his dad, who among other things could swear, he was mainly just caustic in everything , but then again, he was a retired surgeon and everyone was beneath him.

They booted him.

After spending time in those joints visiting, plenty of these old people are quite an obnoxious bunch. Bet granny did more than swear and use the common room.

Maybe "Brian" should have given the resident Lothario some Viagra and pointed him (pardon the pun) in the direction of Granny Vaughan.
