If this is the only method they can accept to get women into the workplace right now, then it's a start of some kind at least. Once they have women in the workplace and interact with them on a professional basis, further reform will have a much stronger impetus... Quote

Looking at a woman's hair is an impermissable turn on, but nuzzling her breasts will take the turn on away?
