imatitlover Posted February 26, 2007 Report Posted February 26, 2007 Virginia say they regret using black people as slaves. The Virginia General Assembly voted unanimously Saturday to express "profound regret" for the state's role in slavery. Has to make you wonder what that was all about and just how sincere they were, especially when you see.. Among those voting for the measure Saturday was Delegate Frank Hargrove, 80, a Republican who infuriated black leaders last month by saying "black citizens should get over" slavery. Just a vote getter maybe? Reminds me of someone else who is being less than honest just to receive votes Meanwhile in Britain, slavery is still thriving Quote

Canadian Blue Posted February 26, 2007 Report Posted February 26, 2007 Yeah, man I thought somebody would be taking adult like responsibility for juvenile actions. But once again I am dissapointed. Quote "Keep your government hands off my medicare!" - GOP activist
sally Posted February 26, 2007 Report Posted February 26, 2007 Judging from the responses to this topic,I think I would use the term juvenile to describe a few others. "EH" Quote
Canadian Blue Posted February 26, 2007 Report Posted February 26, 2007 Not really, imatitlover is simply juvenile in his behavior and attitude. Among those voting for the measure Saturday was Delegate Frank Hargrove, 80, a Republican who infuriated black leaders last month by saying "black citizens should get over" slavery. He also said that the Christian's don't ask the Jew's for an apology for killing Jesus Christ. Quote "Keep your government hands off my medicare!" - GOP activist
