The CBC has about as much credibility as the UN.

Imagine that the CBC supports the left ideology and the ovdrly-represented franco-Canadian population in our Federal civil service.

Dion is a verbose, mild-mannered academic with a shaky grasp of English who seems unfit to chair a university department, much less lead a country.

The CBC and bilingualism have a lot in common. They both cost us billions a year for nothing.

An even larger majority, 91 per cent, said the prime minister should be able to speak both English and French.

Does that mean Dion doesn't meet the standards of most Canadians?

He's better than Chretien when reading from the prompter, but is incapable of passing a grade 6 level in conversation.

We'll see if it is an issue in the election. So far I haven't seen been made one in the polls.

People in Ontario and Québec have taken notice.

Yet another brick in the wall for building a CPC majority.

Another good Dion clip, showing he's rude, arrogant and incapable of speaking grade 6 English all at once:

"We have change bedroom into exercise room. My successor, maybe Mr. Harper, will have to unfortunate issue to lose his overweight now."

About 50 secs in.

This is the type of forced fed propaganda that would make any communist country PROUD.

To bad Canadians were never given the opportunity to initially voice their approval or disapproval in a referendum, concerning constitutionalizing multiculturalism, bilingualism, official languages and everything else related to the undemocratic actions inspired by the Liberal party of Canada relating to Canada's constitution.

Embarrasing on so many levels.

If a Conservative leader had made fun of a Liberals weight it would be a capital crime.

Yet another example of left-wing bias in the media.

..but making fun of the name of a man's dog is just so much classier and tasteful.:lol:

Harper differed with his party on some key policy issues; in 1995, for example, he was one of only two Reform MPs to vote in favour of federal legislation requiring owners to register their guns.

The CROP poll shows 81 per cent of those surveyed support the idea that Canada is a bilingual country.

An even larger majority, 91 per cent, said the prime minister should be able to speak both English and French.

What about a PM that speaks neither official language, i.e. Chretien? (I do hear rumors that he could speak perfect English but did not for affect, from two people who know people who knew him).

I heard he was actually German.

Wouldn't surprise me.

It was well known that his French was much better in private.

Not to mention his uncanny ability to write legal documents on napkins.

He was secretly moved out of Germany at a young age in a German U-Boat and given to the Chretien family. At least that's what I heard from two or three folk on the know.

So?

The Head of Canada, the Queen of England, is of German descent. Married to a Greek descendant.

What is your point?

Obviously, you're late to the conversation or it's a bit over your head. The conversation was about Chretien's language skills. Allegedly, he's a Francophone. He seemed unskilled in both languages. That seems to have been an affect.

Get it?

The reason he was moved out of Germany was because there were German sympathysers on Das Boat.

He was really a German jew.

And it wasn't German that he spoke, it was really Yiddish.

Listen carefully when he speaks, you can hear the "oye" in his words.

Is that a joke or serious?
