B. Max Posted November 7, 2006 Author Report Posted November 7, 2006 Right from the horses mouth, or the other end depending on your point of view. http://www.tyndall.ac.uk/media/news/latest_news.shtml The Tyndall people contributed 27 pages of evidence. They didn't write the report. Same difference. No matter it was only out a couple of days and already has been discredited. All that wasted money trying to prove man made global warming, and all one has to do is look at the temperature records. The most recent since 1998 show no increase in temeperature. In fact it has stopped. Of course they don't want people to know that. I guess that's why all the increase in scare mongering, they are afraid the majority of people will find out. Quote

A lot of people wrote the bible. It has no credibility because of that. Or is that a different kettle of fish? Quote
bradco Posted November 8, 2006 Report Posted November 8, 2006 "There is no global warming out side of anything that is not historical. Nor is there any proof of man made global warming" Maybe in the box you live in. Instead of reading interest group reports and "popular" sources why dont you consult scientist's work in peer reviewed journals. The consensus is amazing, really. Stop allowing yourself to be duped so easily from politicians and lobbyists. Until you've down any open-minded research you really shouldnt comment on the subject to be honest. My only hope is that the global warming "denyers" get to live another 40 years to see just how wrong they were and feel the responsiblity. For the record, the Medieval warming periods are dwarfed in comparison to the recent trend of warming which shows no sign of slowing down. Quote
theloniusfleabag Posted November 8, 2006 Report Posted November 8, 2006 Dear B. Max, http://www.ucar.edu/news/features/urbanair/ http://www.epa.gov/heatisland/ These are links to mankind's effect of altering weather in his immediate environment. they aren't arguable or discountable. What some may argue is that there is no cumulative effect. However, that would be to deny something logical.
