geoffrey Posted October 9, 2006 Report Posted October 9, 2006 Apartheid protests were mainly a conservative thing. Same with protesting the oppression of Falun Gong. History shows that conservatives believe in real equal rights between groups, and the left simply feels they are so superior that they need to help their minority 'children' be successful. Like I said in another thread, the most successful members of minority groups aren't ones that used government programs to get there. jbg Posted October 9, 2006 Report Posted October 9, 2006 The Liberals are in denial of their history. They introduced some of the most raccist ("White Canada Forever" Campaign) and descriminatory things in Canadian history, but ovcourse they will deny it because Trudea "made all things clean" as paul martin once said. As in PM King's "one Jew is too many"? Quote Free speech: "You can say what you want, but I don't have to lend you my megaphone." Always remember that when you are in the right you can afford to keep your temper, and when you are in the wrong you cannot afford to lose it. - J.J. Reynolds. Will the steps anyone is proposing to fight "climate change" reduce a single temperature, by a single degree, at a single location? The mantra of "world opinion" or the views of the "international community" betrays flabby and weak reasoning (link).
M.Dancer Posted October 10, 2006 Report Posted October 10, 2006 Dancer you asked if I was gay curious and the answer is no. But at a very early age I was introduced to same sex touching by a boy a few years older then myself, and I can say that it never made me want to be gay and I did not get the feelings and arousal this kid did. So yes I had a moment of curiosity and that only confirmed my beliefs. Now you answer my the same questions? Are you gay and when did you know this? To me if what I knew now was available to back then, I never would have even allowed this person to the touching or anything else. It does seem though that woman have a more open view of same sex touching etc, and it seems to be more socially acceptable. I do not see why it should be though I knew where my attraction layed the day I walked into the guest room and found me aunt putting on her bra. I was around 7 and my aunt in her late 30s.....she was the kind of woman who in the 1960s wore a black lace half cup push up bras and lace garters under her panties.......She did not yell at me but only covered her self modestly. The memory if forever imprinted on the cerebelum.... I probably walked into the guest room a 100 times more that week.......
