Law and Order Forever
http://www.abc.net.au/farnorth/stories/s1732635.htm?backyard. My condolences to his wife and 2 children for Mr Irwins' untimely but not unexpected death. A lot of people will remember him for the wrong reasons, including a few years back of him feeding a croc with one hand while holding his daughter with the other. This incident seemed cement his reputation as a reckless ,publicity hunting ,macho posturing nut. This is too bad, because i remember him as a man who cared deeply for the animals and the enviroment whose cause he espoused. He loved life. How many of us will be able to say we died doing what we loved? He'll be missed. Crikey!

geoffrey
I remember thinking some time ago, when is this guy going to get it. Now i know. It was in a completely 'harmless' activity, especially relative to his normal lifestyle. I've swam with rays, it's not actually that danagerous at all. Kind of ironic that someone who wrestles crocs and does all sorts of things gets it from a ray in some bizarre freak occurance.
