Just read that they are looking to ram thru an arena that nobody wants by making it an "urban reserve" right in the core of downtown.

If you complain that your taxes are going crazy and are being siphoned off by overpriced consultants, first nations leadership, and woke dei people, then you must hate natives and are not acting in the spirit of "reconciliation".

Its a matter of separation of powers. The taxpayers of the city came out against it. They then play games by circumventing and giving it back to the federal government.
