Deluge Posted March 30 Report Posted March 30 (edited) What remedies are available when federal judges effectively subsume powers constitutionally delegated to the executive branch? Supreme Court First, the Supreme Court could step in and limit district courts’ authority to issue nationwide injunctions. This seems to be what the Trump administration is hoping for. https://dailycitizen.focusonthefamily.com/judicial-tyranny-solutions-to-the-problem-of-rogue-federal-judges/ They're going about this all wrong. What needs to happen is that once an illegal alien has been identified, you ship his ass out and let him file in Mexico. Judges should have ZERO to do with getting their asses out of the country on initial contact. They slithered in, no problem, so getting them out should also be no problem. Plus they broke the law the second they crossed our border, so that alone should be enough to throw them out immediately. If you've already applied for asylum then you STILL wait in Mexico. ALL filing is done at the POE or online and then you wait in Mexico. Edited March 30 by Deluge Quote
