Can King Charles let people out of prison?

On a related note, I was recently called to court. The document referred to Charles III.

Americans are proud of their "rule of law". For over two centuries, they say, we have a written Constitution.

Except that you have a president who can arbitrarily change it.

In Canada, we have Crown Counsels - Procureurs de la Couronne.

I've always been confused with Federal vs State Prosecutors.

And Grand Jury? WTF? (I recall the phrase: a Grand Jury would convict a ham sandwich.... )
