gatomontes99 Posted May 16, 2024 Report Posted May 16, 2024 So says the court in NY: Donald Trump's political supporters allegedly helped him violate his court-ordered gag order, according to a former federal prosecutor. Lets get this straight. If a republican talks about the trial, they are in violation of a gag order? But Cohen can do a podcast about it and that's fine? Are you kidding me? Could we have a more blatant violation of the first amendment and the democratic process? This is messed up! 1 Quote The Rules for Liberal tactics: If they can't refute the content, attack the source. If they can't refute the content, attack the poster. If 1 and 2 fail, pretend it never happened. Everyone you disagree with is Hitler. A word is defined by the emotion it elicits and not the actual definition. If they are wrong, blame the opponent. If a liberal policy didn't work, it's a conservatives fault and vice versa. If all else fails, just be angry.

Judge Merchan repeatedly demanded that Cohen stop through his lawyer, but since Cohen is not out on bail, there is no legal mechanism to control him. Trump's conditions of bail make such LEGAL control available. Duh Quote
