Others have bred partially fluorescent pigs before. But the researchers insist the three pigs they have produced are better. They are the only ones that are green from the inside out. Even their heart and internal organs are green, they say. Now, how are we supposed to know if it is safe to eat that green leftover porkchop in the back of the fridge? Would it be alright to eat genetically modified and cloned 'long pig'? We really aren't that far off. Hold down the little button to turn off the refrigerator light. The one that glows is the safe one.
