California Reparations Task Force calls for eliminating child support debt for Black residents

The California Reparations Task Force is asking the Democrat-controlled state legislature to eliminate interest on past-due child support, as well as any back child support debt for Black residents of the state.

In its final report released last week, the group claimed "discriminatory" laws "have torn African American families apart," and that one effect of that is the "harms" caused by "the disproportionate amount of African Americans who are burdened with child support debt." 

The nearly 1,100-page document stated that Black Californians represent a larger percentage of those who owe child support debt than their proportion of the state's population. 

Points to ponder for the educated posters here. (The goose steppers will just drool on their keyboards and  pick their noses while they agree with this RACIST move.)

1. In family law, Child Support is not the same as alimony.  In a divorce, alimony is something that can be argued between the parties and set by a judge. Child support is considered an ENTITLEMENT the children have, to cash support as well as a place to live. In the state statutes, Child Support is STATUTORY. (liberals, that means IT IS A FCKING LAW.) The amounts vary, according to income. I can't speak for any other state but in Florida the monetary amounts are actually listed. The entitlement is to the children from BOTH parents. The amounts ordered by the courts are split according to the incomes of the mother and father. If one makes more money than the other, than one's child support is higher. If the mother doesn't have a job, the father pays the whole bill.) A lot of people didn't know that there is such a difference between alimony and child support, but there you have it.

2. In state family law statutes (again, I only speak for Florida, and I'm almost afraid to imagine the fcked up statutes in blue states), child support is an ENTITLEMENT to the child whether the parents are married or not. That means a swinging dick who knocks up a woman (a STUPID woman who has never heard of birth control) can actually be required by law to pay child support. The law is the same for married birthing parents or unmarried birthing parents. The entitlement doesn't change, mostly because the needs of the child do not change.

3.  Of all people, extremist left wing Bill KKKlinton actually signed the DEADBEAT PARENTS ACT, making it a federal crime for parents who refuse to pay court ordered child support payments. https://www.hg.org/legal-articles/what-is-the-deadbeat-parents-punishment-act-35957 I'm pretty sure this bill he signed didn't specify WHITE PARENTS ONLY.

4. This bill is RACIST because it allegedly gives child support relief ONLY to blacks. If there are any liberals here who are okay with this, you are RACISTS AND YOUR VALUES ARE ASS FCKED.
