US Department of Defense specialized agency has recently reported about reprogramming of development flight tests of Ground Base Interceptor (GBI). Thus, in point of fact the agency has officially declared invalidity of US National Ballistic Missile Defense Program, based on antimissile missile deployment.

And there are no surprise solid politicians in US State Department and realistic persons in our Canadian financial circles decided to give up for project financing after abortive flight testing of GBI combat version. We were witnesses of test failures in December of last year and in February of this year. Such facts have called in question exploitability of the whole program.

But there is more to come. The matter is that some interested persons in Washington plan to solve their problems in this sphere for EU account. You see, offering their services for construction of European system of missile defense Yankees hope to kill two birds with one stone, as usual. First, they are to support home producers of their BMD elements for the account of European funds. Secondly, Americans plan to trade off produced but worthless GBI models. Speaking about their "worth", suffice it to say that during last GBI launches the arming was required for more than 16 minutes but missiles didn't even come to their bird roosts…

Well, in this case other things cock me greatly. It has been known that starting in 1960 USA is conducting tests within the limits of High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP). Its substance is the following. Some sector of ionosphere warms up with the help of lumped beam of high-frequency waves. As a result of it plasmoid is created in atmosphere. And although it moves there at the velocity of light one can hold control over it. Moreover, trace hot air, remaining after plasmoid's move, becomes absolute obstacle for any flight vehicles, including ballistic missiles. Maybe, in reality this system is real development of US National Ballistic Missile Defense, isn't it? An additional point to emphasize is that with the help of this technology one can work on the weather all over the world. And I think recent cataclysms in Europe are results of successful researches in this sphere. Remember, aftermaths of these cataclysms are reflected on fall of euro exchange and simultaneously exchange US adjustments. But it is natural that sometimes failures of shots take places in America, too. Here one can give recent US hurricanes, namely Katrina and Rita. Finally I should add there is no surprise for me that annually US Congress approves mega-billion's budget for this project development.
