Riverwind Posted July 3, 2005 Report Posted July 3, 2005 You have to wonder whats going on/ or wrong in Harper's office! I think the guy deserves a break on this one. How many pundits have criticized Harper's circle ad visors? Now that some of them leave they are suggesting there is something wrong. Harper did some housecleaning - could be good - could be bad. We don't know because we don't know what opinions those particular people had. Quote To fly a plane, you need both a left wing and a right wing.
Big Blue Machine Posted July 3, 2005 Report Posted July 3, 2005 Harper didn't fire them, they left. And I'm not attacking Harper. kimmy Posted July 3, 2005 Report Posted July 3, 2005 While the official line is that Norquay left to pursue other opportunities, I have to wonder. The guy has not been good at his job, and I have to wonder if he had "help" deciding to leave. -k Quote (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻ Friendly forum facilitator! ┬──┬◡ノ(° -°ノ)
Guest eureka Posted July 4, 2005 Report Posted July 4, 2005 Everything I have read about these 'desertions' indicates that they are leaving because of Harper. As well as the personality deficiencies noted in the article, it is said that Harper will not listen to advice. Also, Olsen who has a very bad relationship with the Press already has more influence with Harper than those who are giving up on a lost cause. I don't see these people as "rats....." but as Pirates who want to rehabilitate themselves. Quote
Fortunata Posted July 4, 2005 Report Posted July 4, 2005 If you read on Free Dominion, it is welcome news that there is a change in the advisory. They blame all Harper's faux pas on those advisors. To some, Harper can do no wrong. Quote
