I find this to be the most laughable demand by the PRC, to change all mention of Taiwan as a independent foreign nation. 

Looks like Air Canada is one of the many white flags that Canada is willing to throw up in the face of totalitarianism. Actions like this and the lack of defense spending often give their southern neighbor a most unfavorable impression.
