Big Guy
I often try to read commencement speeches from major Universities to try to get a pulse on the current views of the educated and the honored. George Will is one of my favorite Republican commentators. While I do not agree with many of his views I do enjoy his ability to share them with clarity. He covered the recent Purdue University graduation and noted the below: https://www.washingtonpost.com/opinions/mitch-danielss-one-lesson-for-success-work/2016/06/15/1167597e-3245-11e6-8758-d58e76e11b12_story.html I share with him a sense that newer generations are having unrealistic expectations as they enter the work force for the first time - but I will let his column explain it much better than I am able. I agree with him on this one.
