I often try to read commencement speeches from major Universities to try to get a pulse on the current views of the educated and the honored. George Will is one of my favorite Republican commentators. While I do not agree with many of his views I do enjoy his ability to share them with clarity. He covered the recent Purdue University graduation and noted the below:

I share with him a sense that newer generations are having unrealistic expectations as they enter the work force for the first time - but I will let his column explain it much better than I am able.

I agree with him on this one.
