cybercoma Posted May 30, 2013 Report Posted May 30, 2013 This was posted in another thread. It was off-topic, so I'm sure it will be lost. Just a suggestion: I was looking for the forum rules the other day, and it took me 5 minutes to find them. I'd suggest putting the rules on the top banner so everyone can see the rules link on every page they're on, ie: next to the "open quick navigation" button or before the search bar etc. There is Greg's Announcement "New Forum Members Please Read" already at the top of the forums. Perhaps the title should be changed "Forum Rules and Guidelines" instead, just to make it easier to find. It's tough to find them in the fine print at the bottom of the page greyed out near the software info. Quote

Ahh now I see it. As I said, " I'd suggest putting the rules on the top banner so everyone can see the rules link on every page they're on". cybercoma Posted June 1, 2013 Author Report Posted June 1, 2013 It's a good idea indeed and they used to be up there. What made this site better than others in the past was its active moderation, IMO. Quote
