The usual rush to judgement here, from the usual suspects, in the abscence of evidence to the contrary.

in your rush are you claiming there won't yet be a forthcoming bribery attachment to this Harper Conservative Senate scandal? Are you so tapped in that you actually accept that all the initial focus on the Conservative Party paying Duffy's expenses was simply dispatched in favour of the altruistic Wright, with no other's knowledge, falling on his sword with a personal gift offering to his 'good friend Duffy'?

The RCMP have cleared Wright in a criminal investigation.

so? As pertains to Wright in this regard, it took a year for the RCMP to arrive at that decision... apparently, not enough evidence... in spite of the lack of cooperation from the PMO and "others" - imagine! In any case, does presumed legality imply Wright was ethical and right in his actions in this whole affair? That has yet to be investigated and ruled upon.

no - I expect most rational thinkers will think the RCMP worked to the best of their abilities in a compromised setting... one separate from legal proceedings and the criminal implications of lying while under oath.
