Guest Kenneth Posted May 22, 2013 Report Posted May 22, 2013 Well in my opinion some of the good things were expanding GO service and green energy alternatives - but clearly trying to be progressive in Ontario is an up hill battle, always has been. Having spent time in Europe I understood what he was trying to accomplish, but most people in this province are just set in their ways and don't want to change, so we continue to fall behind. Allowing Horwath to maintain the balance of power is really hurting us - she's a dyed-in-the-wool Socialist and so her economic and social theories are stuck in the 1920s. My guess is too is that her "negotiations" with Wynne are all show for the benefit of her comrades. Would Horwath really have the balls to take down our "historic" first-female lesbian Premier - most of her feminist supporters would probably jump ship to the Greens if she did. Quote
