Have any of you ever heard of this product? Along the Detroit River on both sides, US and Canadian, companies are piling this near the Detroit River and people from Windsor were protesting the location, being very close to the rivers edge. Petcoke is non-toxic, byproduct of crude oil but I wonder how its not toxic, when oil can cause cancers. http://blogs.windsorstar.com/2013/03/09/petcoke-along-the-u-s-shores-sparks-protest/
