idkwhatimdoing Posted October 24, 2012 Report Posted October 24, 2012 (edited) I understand that the CBC is a crown corporation but I'm having trouble understanding what this means under the law. More specifically, would the CBC, w/ under RWDSU v. Dolphin Delivery Ltd case, have the Charter be applied to them when in court with another private party? RWDSU v. Dolphin Delivery Ltd - SCC ruled that Charter applies only the governmental actions and not between two private parties. Edited October 24, 2012 by idkwhatimdoing Quote

login Posted October 24, 2012 Report Posted October 24, 2012 (edited) charter applied to them in what way? Is there some reason why the charter wouldn't apply to the government, sans notwithstanding clause? Edited October 24, 2012 by login Quote
