Jaffer Guergis ... FANTINO ! China ... secrets and cover up

Recommended Posts

Rahim Jaffer sought secret info about Canadian satellite technology, court documents

Chen, a Chinese Canadian businessman. Chen "had many connections and ties to state-owned technology companies in the Peoples Republic of China and that had been anxious to befriend Jaffer and Guergis according to email exchanges," Snowdy writes

During the trip, Snowdy writes, Jaffer "was hosted and socialized by Chen's associates representing state-owned technology companies." On his return, Jaffer wrote to David Pierce, then the director of parliamentary affairs to then industry minister Tony Clement, with detailed questions about the Canadian government's "long-term space policy" regarding Radarsat Constellation,

...

In his statement of defence, Snowdy writes that he "understood that Guergis had used her office to assist or procure Jaffer's visa to enter China," and suggests that Jaffer may have travelled on the diplomatic passport he received as a spouse of a cabinet minister The Globe and Mail has previously reported that Jaffer claimed to have lost that passport when he was asked to return it following his wife's departure from cabinet.

...

The Jaffer cocaine case "was hijacked by the senior Crown Attorney whom pled out the case without discussing the matter with the arresting officer or the local Crown Attorney," he writes, and states that Const. Kimberley Stapleton was ordered to keep silent about the case by then-OPP commissioner Julian Fantino, who is now the minister in charge of CIDA

High-flyin' cokehead fraudster traitor Jaffer ... protected by Fantino ... what's the connection ... mob?

I hope the facts keep tumbling ... who knows how far it goes!

Yeah, this is the foul smelling spot that no doubt has the CPC more than a little concerned. Obviously some strings were pulled behind the scenes to clamp down the media on this. But it's exactly what Canadians need to hear far more about. Bring it! If I were opposition leader I'd be riding this gravy train all the way to the top. Pull some strings of my own. Manipulate. Media exploit

Ironic that the info comes out because Guergis pursues a lawsuit.

I'm curious where this trail leads as it's obviously the tip of the iceberg of corruption in international contracting. Fantino, as head of the Canadian International Development Agency is in a prime position to benefit personally from such corruption.

They should change his title to Minister of Corruption Canada! :)

So which is worse... cocaine, hookers, drunk driving or trying to get Military Secrets over to the Chinese.....

Hmmm....that depends.

I suppose the Chinese trying to get me to obtain secrets for them using cocaine & hookers would be the best worst way

The military secrets potentially the worst. A broader harm than one person being a doofus w hookers and blow.
