Topaz
I know there very wise people on this forum and at all ages so my ?? is, does anyone know where a person goes to have CONTROLS put on their car, specifically, hand controls that usually the people with disabilities need to drive a car?? A relative needs to get them and being in small town Ontario, no one knows, I guess they just give up driving. On the net, I found some info. but it was for the USA and not Canada. Prices are around $800.00 up and you have to be tested. So does anyone know anyone who has them, I'm in Ontario, by the way. Thanks for any info. Or a custom auto parts dealer or body shop, there are custom builders who will re-build a car or truck to handicap requirements...shouldn't be hard to find in the bigger centers...if you lived in Sask. I know the most likely buider but anywhwere else another forum member will have to advise... Edited September 16, 2011 by wyly
