Conservatives may have attempted to breach election policy by seizing ballots and disrupting an electoral process.

The proper procedure would have been to contact the returning officer - not grab the ballot box and ballots.

"A Special Voting Rules Administrator appointed by the Chief Electoral Officer oversees the administration of the Special Voting Rules."

I believe the proper step would be for him to contact:

127. An elector may vote

(a) in person at a polling station on polling day;

(B) in person at an advance polling station during the period provided for the advance poll; or
