Firstly Americans seduced them to get lots of things for a song just as some donations into democracies or assistance.... and then they shifted major burden of the care after the parasites (imo that’s the right word in the context) on the allies. Look how it stays with Georgia now. Back into 2008 Georgian Def Dep got 40 drones from Israeli armaments firm Elbit Systems. And they have failed to pay full amount of money for the delivery so far! It’s some $100 mln! The firm had to sue Georgia and the process is still going on. Interestingly, Georgia asserts the deliveries were actually in wake of military cooperation with USA and their allies and the drones went less costly due to it. Now, Georgia is addressing Israel with all its claims to USA. No good at all! I think that amounts to Georgian attempt to set Israel on America just! Also, international aid is a complex problem. Countries assist each other for a lot of reasons, and of course many of those are self-serving.
