Again, we have the same problem with a lobbyists that said he didn't lobby for the Feds. This is another mess this government has gotten the taxpayers in. So far, the Feds has spent 5 Bil for the reno and the one builder said he could have been done for 1Bil. This story reminds me of Mulroney's first years when his ministers got kickbacks from lobbyists, so they could get what they wanted from the government. http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/illegal-payouts-part-of-business-mps-told/article1810923/
