Henchmen's Bonus?

With this harmonized taxing thing going on it seems that the provincial collectors of taxes lose their jobs for about 40 seconds and are now asigned federal positions in the same capacity as henchmen of this wonderful system we live in. As is assumed those that brow beat their lessers have to get a bonus and a pat on the head for their dirty work and it looks clear to me that the tax dogs will do just about anything to ruin the economy and opportunity for free enterprizers unless you are sanctioned by the right families to rise up out of poverty and gain freedom. What it amounts to is the every rat has his price- 45 thousand dollars guarentees continued abuse by these disloyal to the public bureaucrats.

These tax collectors believe that they are ammune to the sadism and greed of the powers that be..in the end they will beg their masters for mercy - and the master will say...HOW can we trust you and be ensured of your real loyalty when you are not loyal or true to your own countrymen? Goes around comes around much like international trade with China - our elite thought they could cut deals and they would be safe and not eaten finacially by China - China does not discriminate between the assumed powerful and powerless...nor do tax collectors and their masters - who just payed them off with a bribe.
