bloodyminded Posted December 15, 2010 Report Posted December 15, 2010 (edited) We already had a thread on this. To take joy in the death of someone's child is perverse indeed. People often say that nothing is worse than the death of one's child, and I have no doubt they're right. Sir Bandelot Posted December 15, 2010 Report Posted December 15, 2010 We already had a thread on this. To take joy in the death of someone's child is perverse indeed. My comment in this thread was posted before that other thread was made. Also, at no point do I express any joy in it. It is merely an observation. I feel it to be completely valid in this case. Simply put, if you screw around things can often come back to haunt you. That is the message Quote
bloodyminded Posted December 15, 2010 Report Posted December 15, 2010 How would you know? Well, I wouldn't know definitely, having never lost a child; but I have raised three children, and like all parents, can imagine how horrible it would be were they to die. Any other stupid questions? bloodyminded Posted December 15, 2010 Report Posted December 15, 2010 Especially, if it is your fault. Well, if there's any feelings of personal guilt involved, then yes, that might make it even worse. Quote As scarce as truth is, the supply has always been in excess of the demand. --Josh Billings
