Here in Toronto a few years ago the banks handed over a few million bucks to an "environmental" company. The money was supposed to go to construct a plastic and clay lined pit to dispose of toxic waste. The guys took the money and rented a ware house by Lake Ontario and dumped the poison into the sewer which ran into the lake...nice guys. From what I heard no one was convicted...and also what I heard later was that this company of environmentalist polluters managed to secure the contract to manage Atlantas water supply - talk about silly....Not to mention their friend who ran off like an idot with 30 million stuffed into a few suit cases....Point being. You really don't know who is doing what and where. Back a couple of decades ago they had Pollution Probe...NOW - at night you can spew what you want into the air and water and no one bothers you - I suggest you give up your quest for cultprits. Even if you narrowed it down - nothing would be done...cup of tea anyone? Quote
