Well Harper must not feel too confident in winning the election he's come out with EI benefits for the self-employed, which I'm all for but this was raised in Parliament this past year and Harper didn't care at the time. The Cons are saying it's going to cost about 1-2hundred million but the Libs said the numbers show more like 400,000. I think what change should be made is for people who have paid into that fund, should be able to get it back when they retire. The fund had 50-60 Bil in it until Harper's took all but 2 Billion out and where the other billions went who knows? As the past election, Canadians have to beware of Harper's promises, he may find a reason or circumstances that he just can't do AFTER the election
