As far as the lowest unemployment rate being the lowest there is a reason for that and its Alberta and Saskatchewan booming but the rest of the country isn't booming like them. Also, those people who haven't found a job, usually just give up and turn to welfare.

Oh, I see. So the good news isn't really good news. How typically liberal. If the facts don't fit the hypothesis, just qualify the facts. Well, isn't it interesting that Alberta and Saskatchewan also have pro-business governments (at least compared to the other provinces). Oh, but of course that's got nothing to do with it. It's just the oil sands. Whatever.
