Borg Posted December 11, 2007 Report Posted December 11, 2007 Heavens! Who would ever have thought a foreign interest would be interested in flaunting our laws and culture? Money has a habit of making things happen. Interesting read. Not too sure I am totally convinced of it as truth. Borg Quote

capricorn Posted December 11, 2007 Report Posted December 11, 2007 I think it was in the Canadian interest that Joe Clark be defeated. Foreign interests may or may not have aided in achieving that objective. This juicy tidbit helps the Ethics Committee in extending the cloak and dagger drama. It also helps Schreiber's attempt to make Canadians feel as paranoid as he does. Quote "We always want the best man to win an election. Unfortunately, he never runs." Will Rogers

Don't you think the big oil guys are backs Harper and that Harper hasn't voted on the last of the lobbyists bill because he taking advantage of it. It their bill and they are sitting on it. Quote
capricorn Posted December 12, 2007 Report Posted December 12, 2007 Couldn't we think the same with the present government?j You have your vote. Exercise it wisely. Schreber has said nothing has changed. Schreiber.... the undisputed source of truth.... Don't you think the big oil guys are backs Harper and that Harper hasn't voted on the last of the lobbyists bill because he taking advantage of it. It their bill and they are sitting on it. Harper-big oil guys-lobbyists....an unsurprising totally-off-topic interjection which you can't help. But never mind, I totally understand where you're coming from.
