Harper recruiting new Quebec friends

Harper spent alot time Friday talking with the ADQ Mario Dumont and Dumonts thinks that Harper and he could have alot in common. I went to the "wikipedia" to what "ties that be". Dumont wants cash allowance for child care, he wants to change healthcare to allow more private healthcare and private health insurance along with public , he wants the abolition of school boards, encourage private education, get tougher on crime, reduction in size of the provincial bureaucracy and repayment of the Quebec's 127 Billion debt. I guess if one looked at the above one could see some of which Harper agrees with. I wonder how they see the separation of Quebec from Canada? I, also, could see each of them using each other for their own purposes, yes, the game of politics!!
