This is a indirect story about our money. I don't know if this could be true but in these times, who knows. Anyway, this guy on this program I was listening to said the International monetary is collapsing and that France is broke and Germany soon behind. The US dollars is dropping and the EU can't export because of the US $$. The US $$ will drop so much that its value will be to the peso, in which, America, Canada and Mexico will share currency called the Amero, which will be backed by silver. Why silver because it will go to 30.00 in 08 and gold will be 1200.00 within one year. He said that Gates has 1/4 -1/2 of his investment in silver. He also said when this happens Canadians will be hurt the most because they will lose their health care system and they have too much of their reserves in the US $$$. So my question is, can this happen? If this could, what can the gov't do, if anything? What can individual Canadians do to help themselves?

Do a google search on Surge Brisson and GST. You will find that Surge did do as you are talking about the GST and PST. He defied them all losts his business and served time in Jail, and he says he will do it all again. He is a slow learner but he does live by his words, even though it has cost him everything he had.

Just another example of how slavery is still practiced by the government.

And where is your fellow posters who said the federal government looses a vast majority of all tax court cases? That is what the government does to anyone who challenges the system of corruption. The government has never charged me with tax avoidance ; or failing to file tax returns in over 20 years of not filing tax returns because they can not prove they have the power of federal income tax; they would just have to appoint another corrupt judge and fix another court case..

You do know that the conveniences of modern life such as roads and health care, amongst others are paid for with taxes don't you? They also pay for social programs, defence, that sort of stuff, you know.

So what you are saying is that you feel no sense of social responsibility and don't mind freeloading off the work of others. Nice. Fine upstanding person you must be.

Then you feel the compulsion to start nattering on about those who do help provide what you take for granted being slaves.

Do You think the government is so stupid it can not raise money without personal income taxes?

The only reason the government wanted personal income taxes for,is to control and torture people who questioned their power to govern.

Anyone with some knowledge can create a system of revenue for the government that is much less costly to manage and raise more money more efficient then by personal income

taxes. That is just a sob story by indoctrinated uneducated people that the federal government needs federal personal income taxes for anything.

Social responsibility is not bowing to a dictatorship government. I am not freeloading off the work of anyone; the government is with all its dependent slaves who need someone to keep telling them what to do ,and how much to pay them . In the name of a queen.

Freeloaders are the families with children in schools payed for from people with no children. What services does such a couple get for paying over $3000 a year for 40 years; nothing for their$120,000 payment. And someone on welfare or off a reserve getting free education fo nothing. Who is the freeloader?

There's one part of Harper tax cut I think isn't fair to all Canadians and that the 15.5% that people who take public transportation to work can deduct off their income taxes next year. Now people who live outside of public transportation, don't get this and I think the gov't should have let these people deduct 15.5% off their gas expenses.
