Alright. We all KNOW that Canadian beef is some of the best in the world. We all KNOW that very rarely does an infected cow with BSE show up. But must the U.S. keep messing up our economy with these international press conferences about how crappy our beef is?

Jesus, they could've easily destroyed the animal and be done with it. But they decide to publicly announce how horrible our beef is by "linking" that cow back to Alberta.

Could the cow not have been infected by contaminated feed IN THE US? No no no, because if Bush is behind it, it's ALL Canada's fault for shipping this beef to America.

Bush doesn't give a rats rear about the safety of his people. He just wants to stick it to Canada again for not helping in the war against Iraq. That's what it all boils down to.

I don't think sticking it to Canada is high on the list of things GW need to do. He is currently involved in other, how can I say, more important things at the moment.

There is alot more behind it than that....read the other posts in this thread http://www.mapleleafweb.com/community/foru...t=ST&f=3&t=1000

I don't think they are trying to destroy our economy. They just have some concerns about the beef that flows between our two countries. The finger pointing is getting a tad retarded. As for President Bush having some kind of vendetta against Canada, I would very much doubt it. They are concerned just like we would be if the tables were reversed and for that I can't blame them.
